About the role:
Positioned within our service department area responsibilities will include but not limited to;
- Facilitate phone, email and email customer enquiries.
- Processing invoices and taking payments.
- Positively contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.
- Assist with managing workshop bookings.
- Keeping customers up to date with repair/service work.

Successful candidate attributes:
- Hold a current, valid, Australian drivers licence.
- Customer service skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Display strong communication skills.
- High levels of attention for detail & time management.
- Able to work in a fast paced team environment.
Previous experience in a dealership is not essential, however prior experience is advantage's.
