About the Centre
Progressing from the Nursery through to our 3- & 4-year-old Kindergarten programs, our Pakenham centre has 7 spacious learning rooms specifically designed for each age group and development. This allows them to learn at their own pace, whilst engaging with their peers and building the necessary social skills to help with their transition to school.

The Opportunity & Responsibilities
Working closely with a team of educators and the Centre Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues and the community. You will be responsible for developing and implementing an innovative early learning program, which will be reflective of current early years thinking and practices. As a Room Leader, you will be contributing to the implementation and adoption of the Aspire guidelines.
About you
- Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Early Childhood education & care with proven experience in a similar role
- Must be available to work rotating shifts between 6.30am and 6.30pm - 5 days a week
- Knowledge and understanding of Children's Services Regulations and National Quality Standards and EYLF
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Lead, inspire and motivate a team of educators
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high quality care
- Current Working with Children check, First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, Food Handlers Certificate
