About the Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Fleet Business Partner to support our Facility Management and Property Services teams in Australia. Reporting to the Group Fleet Manager, you will work closely with business units to understand fleet needs and develop tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate across departments, contribute to fleet strategy development, and support day-to-day operations while driving initiatives that align with the organisation’s goals.

Through proactive collaboration and partnership with the business, your key responsibilities will include:
- Identify and promote fit-for-purpose vehicles, accessories, and body builds aligned with safety standards.
- Align fleet management practices with business and operational needs.
- Monitor and report fleet movements (acquisition, utilization, disposal) in accordance with policies, compliance, and industry best practices.
- Ensure fleet requests are aligned with suppliers and contractual obligations.
- Support fleet administrators with training and ensure consistency in fleet management, data integrity, and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance fleet performance, identify risks, and seize opportunities.
- Maintain expertise in systems and portals for fleet monitoring and reporting.
- Contribute to the development of fleet strategies and internal communications.
- Develop and maintain a communication and engagement plan to support KPIs.
About You
To excel in this role, you will be an experienced Fleet Manager , Fleet Coordinator , or Fleet Advisor with a proven track record in fleet management . Your background should combine outstanding customer service skills, sharp business acumen, and technical expertise in managing and optimizing fleet operations. We are looking for an individual with a collaborative approach to problem-solving, someone who thrives in partnering with operations teams and senior leadership to deliver tailored and efficient fleet solutions.
You will also bring the following skills and experience:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (asset management, business etc) are desirable but not essential .
- A customer-focused style with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge and interest in fleet or asset management software and Telematics.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to support decision-making.
- A proactive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to work well within a team and independently.
- Knowledge of electric or alternative fuel solutions is an advantage.
