Sunraysia Community Health Service (SCHS) is a dynamic organisation promoting health, wellbeing and independence in a social model of health. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Payroll Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Manager Finance and Facilities, this role is integral to the coordination of day-to-day payroll functions, serving both internal and external stakeholders while ensuring compliance with legislative requirements. Confidentiality and privacy are paramount in all aspects of this position.
The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing Payroll Officers, ensuring the smooth coordination of payroll operations. This includes ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for both internal and external stakeholders, while maintaining a high level of efficiency and compliance with relevant regulations.
The role ensures compliance with relevant legislative requirements, including Superannuation, PAYG, Portable Long Service Leave, and other applicable regulations. Working closely with payroll staff and the Human Resources team, the Payroll Coordinator will ensure that payroll processing is efficient, accurate, and compliant.
