About the Role:
Work Location: position is fully onsite at the Whelans Group Depot, 103 Rupert Street, Bairnsdale
Employment Type: Part Time (9am - 3pm, with occasional overtime)
Remuneration: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour

As our Group Administration Officer, you will report to the Business Services Manager and will be the first point of contact for our company, ensuring that every visitor, caller, and email receives exceptional service. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the smooth operation of our office, from managing reception duties to supporting various departments with your administrative expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the friendly face of our company by answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls, and providing basic information when required.
- Keep our office running smoothly by sorting and distributing incoming mail.
- Ensure security by following procedures and controlling access.
- Perform general clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
- Provide efficient and professional administration support as requested or required.
- Keep our tearooms well-stocked and clean for the 91 and 103 buildings.
- Maintain and order stationery supplies for the 91 and 103 buildings.
- Organise and obtain pricing for accommodation, meals, and flights for regional employees working away from home.
- Perform all other general duties as requested or required within training and qualifications.
