Based in Tongala, you’ll be working in a state-of-the-art glasshouse facility, combining cutting-edge tech with good old-fashioned values.

As a Compliance and HR Manager, you will be providing assurance that the organisation is effectively managing risks and carrying out a systemised approach to governance and controls.
This means helping the business pass annual food safety and WHS audits, keeping policies and procedures up-to-date, and providing HR support to the Operations Manager.
You will also be responsible for ensuring all engaged staff are eligible to work and meet labour standards, liaising with labour hire suppliers to manage the certification process.
You’ll be interacting with the head grower to make sure they’re happy with how things are going, and you’ll oversee daily food safety checks to make sure they’re carried out accurately and consistently.
Knowing your way around Microsoft Office is a must, and if you’ve got experience handling risk audits and keeping food safety and WHS certifications up to date, that’s a huge bonus.
We’re also looking for someone who can connect with people at all levels – from production staff to senior management – and who brings a high level of emotional intelligence to the table.
The role also requires experience in fresh produce audits and pack sheds, along with a solid understanding in HR, maintaining company policy, and supporting the Operations Manager.
