Working as a Customer Service Representative as the front line of our operations, forging meaningful connections with our valued customers. You will deliver high levels of customer service to provide tailored repayment solutions based on the customer’s unique situation
Due to the level of clearance required for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen to apply.
In this role, you will;
- Manage inbound & outbound customer calls
- Assisting customers to formulate sustainable payment solutions
- Adhering to a schedule for maximum productivity
- Detailed and accurate file action notes for all interactions
- Comply with client & company policies & procedures
