As the business prepares for a significant merger, your skills will be required to help make the change and transition as seamless as possible whilst adding value and suggesting improvements.
The Role
Joining an established and high performing team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of various projects which are designed to deliver sustainable growth. Projects can relate to change, business process and strategic changes.
By partnering with a range of stakeholders, you will support the successful implementation of projects within agreed time frames and budgets.
Your ability to collaborate and influence will be essential as you guide technical and business stakeholders through complex change.
Key responsibilities include;
- Work cross-functionally to identify business requirements documenting current and future state
- Provide improvement or re-engineering recommendations
- Conduct gap-analysis and propose solutions
- Develop user guides and execute on training
- Coordinate user acceptance training including development of test scripts
You will be required to produce future state processes for post-merger optimisation by utilising your business acumen and technology knowledge to influence the desired outcome.
Your Profile
Demonstrated experience in documenting procedures and developing process maps whilst thinking strategically.
You will have an engaging and inquisitive nature that will lend itself to being able to understand the organisation, the nuances of each project and have a strong interest in building effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders
By communicating with confidence, you will be able to engage with various audiences to negotiate, build rapport and credibility with senior colleagues.
