As our Practice Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of the practice, supporting our team, and delivering outstanding patient care. This role requires leadership, operational efficiency, and a passion for creating a welcoming, well-organised environment for both staff and patients.

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery.

• Lead and support a dynamic team, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.

• Manage patient experience, ensuring excellent customer service at every touchpoint.

• Streamline administrative processes to enhance productivity.

• Handle team management, including rostering, performance support, and difficult conversations with professionalism and respect.

• Assist with optical dispensing and eyewear selection when required.

• Maintain a visually appealing and well-organised practice environment.

• Experience in optical dispensing is essential.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.

• Excellent communication skills, particularly in managing team dynamics.

• Organisational skills with a keen eye for efficiency and process improvement.
