We’re looking for someone extra special to join our Knox team on a fixed-term 12-month contract to champion our Green Leaves Commitments and embed a culture of welcome, connection, kindness, and excellence.
Day to day, you can:
- Live and breathe our Green Leaves Commitments in your day-to-day practice
- Run smooth and efficient day-to-day operations while putting the children and team at the heart of everything we do
- Create memorable experiences by greeting every family with warmth and delivering high-quality tours and orientations
- Use your masterful knowledge of sector regulations, including the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework, to navigate what is required each day
- Inspire your team to achieve best practice through active collaboration with our National Learning, Research and Development Partner (NLRDP) and the Centres Educational Leader
- Champion quality education & care by overseeing classroom curriculum and pedagogical documentation with the support of our NLRDP Partners and your Operations Support Manager
- Be a part of the local community by building genuine connections with local families and networks
- Work with your dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract our next generation of Educator superheroes.

Ideally, we’d love for you to hold:
- An ACECQA-approved Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education
- A current State relevant Working with Children’s Check, Police Check + PRODA (or willingness to obtain upon commencement)
- Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain upon commencement)
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain upon commencement)
- Current Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Hands-on experience running a large Centre over 100 places, managing effective rostering and wage control, and guiding a sizable team's performance
- Extraordinary leadership abilities with proven experience engaging, inspiring and growing a team of professional Educators
- Strong knowledge of systems including Humanforce/Timetarget, Storypark, Qikkids, CCMS, Facebook and ISS.
