Description:
An exciting opportunity exists for various Utilities (All Rounders, Housekeepers, Dining Room Attendants, Tavern Attendants and Kitchen Hands) to join our team at a mining village , DIDO from Bowen Basin or regional QLD.
Position:
- Perform a variety of tasks, including housekeeping, kitchen hand duties, dining room service, and tavern operations.
- Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for village residents. Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet service standards and exceed customer expectations.
- Uphold safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency in all areas of responsibility.

Minimum Criteria:
- Previous experience working in a remote setting desired
- Hold a valid police check issued within 3 months or willingness to obtain one.
- Have a proactive and solutions-focused approach to ensure operations run smoothly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass a Queensland Coal Board Medical and Functional Assessment
- Standard 11 surface mining induction or willing to obtain
- Safe Food Handling Certificate desired
- RSA Certificate desired
*Must reside in Bowen Basin or regional QLD.
