The Role:
As a Senior Customer Service Officer, you will be the key point of contact for clients, carers, and families, guiding them through services and optimising their support options. You will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and efficient client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level support to new and existing clients, ensuring they receive the best possible services.
- Assist clients in navigating available support programs, helping them access the most suitable options.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and issue resolution.
- Lead the resolution of client concerns and provide coaching to customer service team members.
- Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong customer service experience, ideally in a contact centre or community services setting.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Proven ability to problem-solve and resolve client concerns effectively. Experience in coordinating resources, scheduling services, and ensuring business continuity.
- A Certificate IV in Community Care, Frontline Management, or equivalent experience (desirable).
