About The Opportunity
In this dynamic role, you will deliver high-level administrative and organisational support to the Clinical Lead, Senior Executive Medical Team, and Medical Manager within the Maternity and Gynaecology Services.
Provide seamless assistance through expert minute-taking, diary coordination, room scheduling, reporting, recruitment support, and health rostering.Serve as a key point of contact for payroll-related inquiries, offering guidance and interpretation where applicable.Efficiently prioritise tasks and manage workloads to ensure smooth team operations.Receive comprehensive training upon commencement to ensure your success in the role.

You will have excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to efficiently complete tasks. Strong time management skills are crucial to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines with accuracy and efficiency. While a a solid understanding of medical terminology to support the medical typing pool is highly valued.
