Job DescriptionWhat you’ll do:
Reporting to the Park Manager you will assist to ensure the highest possible standards and efficiency in the Housekeeping Department. You will settle into our lead department structure and assist in providing direction and support to the Housekeeping team, through daily coordination and task allocation, as well as hands on duties relative to the park housekeeping department, including:
- Ensure accommodation and areas are cleaned and serviced to NRMA Housekeeping Standards
- Organising the supervision of staff
- Planning of daily room requirements, servicing and assisting with pre-arrival checks.
- Observation of the resort cleanliness and facilities.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience as a Lead, or experienced Housekeeper in a busy hospitality environment is preferred, however candidates with the right skills and attitude will also be considered;
- Passionate and team-oriented with a "lead from the front" mentality
- Outstanding customer service skills
- A suitable level of fitness with a flexible approach to workloads and a can do attitude
- Ability to work in a team or autonomously;
- Demonstrated flexibility and reliability as the role will be working across a 7 day roster that may include weekends;
