Tower Lodge, the Hunter Valley’s only Luxury Lodge, is the embodiment of relaxed luxury with a uniquely Spanish flair nestled in the heart of Wine Country. Independently owned and operated, the venue comprised 14 unique and luxurious suites and a restaurant that celebrates a vast array of local produce in a fine dining setting that not only caters to our guests, it is also open to the public and receiving rave reviews. We are now looking for Front Office/Guest Services Attendants to join our team.
In this role you will be proactively engaging with our guests providing a warm, welcoming and inclusive experience from arrival to departure. Full time and part time positions are available.
Skills and experience
The ideal candidates will be professional, energetic and reliable, as well as being able to demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a Front Office or Hospitality/Food Service Role
- Experience in fine dining and knowledge of and interest in wine will be favourably viewed
- High level of communication skills
- Sound knowledge of the local area
- High grooming standards
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (or willing to obtain)
- Reliable transport
You must be available to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

The remuneration is commensurate with experience and qualifications. This position is available to Australian Residents only.
