Our client runs a local contemporary brewhouse offering fresh craft beer and a modern menu in the centre of Albury’s CBD. As a 12-hectolitre brewhouse brewing its own range of craft beers on site, available on tap or take home.

Our client is looking to secure a suitably qualified person to undertake the daily management and operations of their establishment. This person will be responsible for staff and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service to their valued clients.
Reporting Responsibilities
General Manager
Hours of Work: Rotating roster, including weekend and night shifts.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure high quality customer service
Co-ordination of Bar and Food Service facilities
Ensure employees follow work policies, procedures to standards
Report on customer related incidents
Report on employee incidents and work performance
Performance management
Problem solving
Assist, help, guide, care and direct employees in their duties
Attend meetings relevant to the operation of the Brew House
Training of new staff
Carry out duties of a Fire Warden in an Emergency situation
Perform tasks or duty as directed by the General Manager
About you.
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven oral and written communication skills including computer literacy.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proactive and positive attitude
Able towork on a rotating roster including nights and weekends
Qualifications and Experience
High School Certificate (or equivalent)
Tertiary Qualifications in a relevant discipline preferred
NSW RSA, Knowledge of Liquor Act NSW
Experience in the customer service industry in a Supervisory role
Proven oral and written communication skills including computer literacy
Genuine interest in the process and production of Craft Beer
