About the role
Are you a results-driven sales agent looking for an exciting new opportunity? Real Estate Services by Mirvac is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Agent to join our on-site office in St Leonards
What you will be doing
- Generating new business leads and building a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Providing expert advice and guidance to buyers and sellers on local property market conditions
- Conducting client meetings, property appraisals and open home inspections
- Negotiating the best possible outcomes for your clients during the sales process
- Maintaining detailed records and providing regular progress updates
- Contributing to the overall success and growth of the St Leonards office
What we are looking for
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Agent in the real estate industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
- Knowledge of the local St Leonards property market is preferred
- A driven, ambitious and self-motivated approach to achieving sales targets
- A valid real estate agent's license or certificate and willingness to obtain any additional certifications
