About the role

We are seeking an empathetic and highly organized individual to join our team in providing administrative support within a counselling service dedicated to supporting vulnerable people. The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with sensitivity and confidentiality in a non-judgmental environment. Key responsibilities include managing client records, scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and assisting the counselling team in delivering high-quality care. This is a customer-facing role involving greeting clients and visitors and providing quality customer service. You will be responsible for operational, clerical, and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the New Street Service. This part-time role requires 32 hours a week during business hours and involves working closely with a team of eight clinical staff and the Clinical Coordinator of the New Street Service.
