The Opportunity
Due to company growth, we are seeking a suitably qualified side lift driver to join our team in Moss Vale. Applicants will need to be reliable, flexible, self-motivated, and prepared to work independently and as part of a small team.
You will be responsible for operating domestic garbage/recycling collection waste vehicles effectively, while maintaining customer service and safety for both the community and our staff members. The role requires the ability to read and understand run sheets and mapping, accompanied by the ability to operate basic computer interfaces.
Previous experience in the waste industry is desirable, but not essential.
Essential Requirements
- Unrestricted HR Licence
- Satisfactory RMS Driving record
- Effective communication skills
- Solution focused mindset when challenges arise
- Sound knowledge and compliance with safety, environmental, and service quality requirements
