About the Role
As a Residential Install Administrator , you'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and seamless process for our customers and Sales Representatives. From managing schedules to processing invoices and liaising with clients, you’ll be an integral part of the team, keeping everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of managing daily schedules for Sales Representatives and Installation Teams.
- Build rapport with long-term builders and clients, fostering strong, lasting relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service , qualifying leads via phone, email, and text messaging.
- Manage customer approvals, invoices, and payments, ensuring a smooth financial process.
- Liaise with suppliers and store personnel to coordinate product availability and installation scheduling.
- Work with subcontractors and ensure jobs are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Oversee finance applications and manufacturer promotions for clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- A motivated, proactive professional who enjoys taking ownership of their work.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build long-term business relationships.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Experience in administration, sales coordination, or trade-based industries is an ADDED BONUS!
- Familiarity with SimPRO software is preferred but not essential —we provide full training!
- A positive attitude and a desire to grow within a supportive, team-driven environment .
