Your Role:
- Engage with Customers: Provide top-notch service in-store, over the phone, and via email.
- Process Orders & Quotes: Use internal systems to coordinate pricing, product information, and order dispatch.
- Build Relationships: Connect with existing clients and reach out to inactive customers and prospects.
- Warehouse Operations: Assist with receiving, storing, and dispatching stock, keeping the space organised.
- Keep Things Running Smoothly : Work across teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Location: Based in Willawong, with free parking on site.
You Are:
- A People-Person: Friendly, energetic, and great at building customer relationships.
- A Team Player: Always ready to jump in, help out, and support colleagues.
- Detail-Oriented & Organised: Strong time management and accuracy in handling orders.
- Physically Fit: Comfortable lifting boxes (up to 23kg) and being on your feet.
- Committed & Driven: Looking for a long-term career in a stable and growing company.
- Eligible to Work in Australia: Unfortunately, sponsorship is not available for this role .
