Description:
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive with expertise in commercial insurance and a proven record of handling large-scale commercial accounts. In this role, you will drive business, uphold client satisfaction, and play a pivotal role in our firm’s achievements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of large commercial accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial insurance sector.
- Perform risk assessments and develop tailored insurance programs to meet client needs.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with underwriters to secure optimal coverage for clients.
- Present insurance proposals and renewals to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver seamless client service.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory developments to provide informed guidance to clients.
- Mentor other account executives to foster their professional development.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
Qualifications:
- Teir 1 & 2 qualifications at a minimum. Diploma or degree preferred.
- 5+ years of demonstrated success in commercial insurance broking.
- Strong proficiency in commercial insurance products and industry practices.
- Proven track record in client relationship management and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
