About the role
Elevate Surveying is seeking a talented Land Surveyor to join our growing team in Robina, Queensland. As a full-time Land Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients throughout the entire construction lifecycle, from project planning to final delivery. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our reputable surveying firm.
What you'll be doing
- Conducting detailed land surveys, including boundary, topographic, and construction setout surveys
- Interpreting and analyzing Survey, architectural & engineering plans to enable setout and preparation of drawings.
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure project compliance and timely delivery
- Participating in project planning and decision-making processes to optimise survey strategies and solutions
- Maintaining comprehensive records and documentation to support project deliverables
What we're looking for
- Registration with the Surveyors Board of Queensland or ability to do so.
- Excellent technical skills in the use of survey equipment, data processing, and CAD software
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Familiarity with relevant surveying regulations, standards, and best practices
- A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites as required
