About The Role
We’re looking for Process Workers to join our Rockhampton team. This is your chance to step into a stable, rewarding career where you can learn, grow, and make a real impact by contributing to products that transform homes and buildings across Australia.
In this role, you’ll help produce and assemble custom windows and doors, ensuring our customers receive high-quality products that meet their needs. Tasks include
Picking and cutting metal;Loading and unloading of delivery vehicles;Using hand and power tools;Working across different lines in the factory, whilst maintaining a commitment to producing high quality product;Handle product in line with approved manual handling techniques and requirements, including some heavy lifting requirements;Demonstrate and uphold a commitment to safe work practices and comply with all site requirements regarding mandatory PPE, sign in or other processes and procedures
Process work can be very varied and easily allows for cross-training and upskilling opportunities.
