About Us:
We’re a dynamic, fast-growing gut health supplement company based in the Gold Coast, dedicated to improving lives through scientifically backed supplements. Our commitment to quality and innovation is at the heart of everything we do, and we’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team and be the voice of our brand!
What you'll do :
- Provide support to our customers via email, and chat.
- Understand customer health concerns and provide advice on our product range
- Conduct microbiome testing consultations with clients, helping them interpret results and create personalised gut health strategies (training provided)
Support B2B enquiries, nurture business relationships, and manage wholesale or partnership leads.
About you:
- Must be based at the Gold Coast or Brisbane, QLD
- You're passionate about health and wellness, and have a background in the industry i.e. exposure to naturopathy or similar
- Some knowledge & experience in vitamins, minerals, herbs, protein etc.
- Have experience in nutrition, diet, health.
- Can understand customers’ health problems and provide appropriate health advice and suggest products (extensive in-house training will be provided).
- Very friendly and can build rapport with the customers
- Experience with Zendesk and Shopify is advantageous
