This role offers exposure to diverse work and projects in the energy industry, ongoing guidance and hand-on expertise. The company is based in South Brisbane and has on-site parking.
About the Position
Key skills and experience:
- Organising and maintaining filing systems, managing document control.
- Answering queries by employees and clients.
- Updating office policies and communicating them to the wider team.
- Maintaining individual, team and company calendars and scheduling appointments.
- Preparing and formatting documents, reports and presentations.
- Managing office supplies, negotiating prices and placing orders.
- Booking meeting rooms, printing and photocopying.
- Assist Procurement to create Purchase Oder
- Other Ad hoc Tasks
