Description:
- Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, including general dentistry and orthodontics
- Prepare materials for dental procedures and sterilize instruments and equipment before and after procedures.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and infection control protocols in the clinical area, ensuring a safe environment.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care, providing post-treatment instructions and advice.
- Help coordinate and schedule patient appointments, ensuring treatment timelines are followed.
- Assist with financial arrangements and help patients understand their treatment costs and payment plans.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and managing phone and email inquiries.
- Manage patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed.
- Organize and manage the shipping and receiving schedules for aligners and other dental products.
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to and from the clinic, coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
- Assist with packing and dispatching aligner trays and other materials for patients or clinics.
- Monitor stock levels of dental supplies, assisting with inventory control and ordering of materials as needed.
