Lacey West is a family-owned business and a leading provider of real estate services located in the beautiful suburb of Burleigh Heads. We provide highly qualified and personalised service across the residential, commercial and property management sectors in the Central/Southern Gold Coast region.
Our company requires the addition of a Receptionist/Office Assistant who will play an integral role in the Lacey West team. This a Monday to Friday full-time role.
This role allows you to have full front of office responsibility whilst working closely with a friendly and dynamic team.
Key Tasks/Responsibilities (not limited to) include.
- Managing front of office
- Welcoming clients and directing enquiries
- Preparation of documents, reports and correspondence
- Database management
- Scheduling appointments, proposal preparation
- General support to Residential, Commercial & Property Management
Skills and Experience
- Outstanding customer service with friendly and energetic enthusiasm
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional work ethic
- Ability to prioritise, show initiative and be proactive
- Exceptional grooming and presentation standards
- Proficient computer skills
