We are a dynamic team working in Home Insurance repair, and we’re on the hunt for a full-time superstar to join us as our Receptionist/Administration Assistant.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in reception/office administration.

• Professionalism: A polished and friendly phone manner is non-negotiable.

• Tech-Savvy Skills: Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge.

• Organisation: You’re a pro at juggling tasks and setting priorities.

• Personality: A positive, “can-do” attitude that lights up the room.

• Reliability: We can count on you, no matter what.

• Attention to Detail: Nothing slips through the cracks with you around.

• Empathy: You genuinely care about helping people.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Be the friendly first point of contact for calls and emails.

• Coordinate with trades, clients, and owners with ease and professionalism.

• Manage data entry and process incoming/outgoing mail.

• Keep the wheels of the office turning with general administrative support.

• Assist in managing incoming jobs and ensure smooth office operations.
