Adjuster Corp is a national insurance adjusting and investigations business directly servicing insurance companies and large multinational organisations. The work undertaken by Adjuster Corp is diverse, challenging and always intriguing.

An opportunity exists for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated Gold Coast (Runaway Bay) office team in a part time role. The role is for Monday through Friday working 6hrs per day between 9:30am & 3:30pm or similar.

As the Administration Assistant you will play a pivotal role in the business and possess a high level of attention to detail with data entry and management skills.

You will be responsible for the administration and support of both our internal staff and clients, meeting all administration needs and inquiries in a very professional and timely manner

We are offer above award rates for the right candidate.

Specific accountabilities include but are not limited to:

  • Incoming call/mail/and emails
  • Providing client query responses and resolution
  • Data scanning and analysing through inhouse analytic systems
  • Drafting detailed and professional email responses to clients
  • Conducting general telephone enquiries with clients, various government agencies and police
  • Electronic document control of all incoming instructions and new casefiles
  • Grammatical review of reports and formal correspondence
  • General administration duties as required by management

We envisage you will have:

  • Previous administration experience essential
  • Demonstrated track record working in a team environment or coordination type role
  • Attention to detail and effective time management is essential
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Be a motivated self-starter, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS package experience

Ideally, we are seeking an Administration Assistant who has experience within the insurance industry; an administration qualification is preferred.

A National Criminal History Check will be necessary.
