Job Overview:
As a Data Entry / Administration Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate data management and seamless office operations. You will be responsible for entering and maintaining company records and supporting various administrative tasks to help our bulk haulage services run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update data into company systems and databases.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of deliveries and client information.
Prepare and file transportation documentation, including invoices, reports, and delivery notes.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with customer inquiries.
Support day-to-day administrative tasks as required, including data management, reporting, and document preparation.
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in data entry, administration, or a related field (preferably within logistics or transportation).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of bulk haulage or logistics operations is a plus but not required.
