Townsville Community Fall Service, is a team of allied health aiming to optimise function of the Townsville Community who have had or are at risk of a fall event. The service is a seven-day service providing rapid assessment and interventions to Townsville residents within their home environments.
An opportunity has arisen to join their service as an Occupational Therapist Senior on a casual basis. The purpose of this role is to deliver senior occupational therapy services within the Townsville Community Falls Team.

Requirements:
- Possession of a tertiary degree in Occupatioal Therapy from a recognised tertiary institution and registration as a Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia (AHPRA) is a requirement for this role.
- Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and registration of membership (if applicable) with the appropriate registration authority or association.
- Possession of class C drivers' licence.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role. Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis.
- Probation period may apply.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted including criminal history clearance.
