Permanent part time opportunity to provide high level, efficient, professional and confidential administrative support to the Director of Physiotherapy and Director of Occupational Therapy and Podiatry.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Occupational Therapy and Podiatry and Director of Physiotherapy, including departmental support to Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Podiatry
  • Exercise judgement and problem solving including filtering and redirecting/resolution of tasks not requiring escalation. Proactively assist Directors with resolution of non-delegable issues
  • Work autonomously, and as a member of a multidisciplinary team with limited supervision, meeting deadlines and establishing work priorities
  • Provide confidential secretarial support including producing high quality documents and records, enquiry screening and diary management including the timely provision of necessary records and documentation required by the Directors.
