Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, scheduling
- Schedule and coordinate recruitment activities and team events
- Assist with onboarding new team members, including preparing workspaces and documentation
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management for office needs
- Proficient in using workplace tools and systems (Google Workplace, Microsoft Office)
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Passionate about driving continuous improvement in the workplace
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with effective stakeholder management
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ideally you have three years of hands-on experience in a corporate office administration or similar position

- $1,000 per annum to spend on professional development
