The Job:
You will be part of a team dedicated to our residents, contributing to a model of care that goes above and beyond every day. You will be making a difference in people’s lives, building fabulous relationships with our residents and their families.
- Working in our cafe preparing beverages and food
- Handling payments through point of sale system
- Monitoring, cleaning and tidying of back and front of house
- Assembly and preparation of ingredients and products for sale
- Assist in service for functions held in designated function areas
- General cleaning duties within a kitchen, food preparation area, cold and storerooms
To be successful, you will have:
- Previous experience as a barista
- Barista certificate (desirable)
- Knowledge of different types of coffee
- Friendly, energetic and hardworking attitude
- Basic numeracy and money handling skills
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
- Valid Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Flu vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)
- Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination
