As a Process Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities and creating process mapping to drive business performance and continuous improvement. - Conduct thorough analysis to identify business opportunities and inefficiencies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements and process map
- Develop data-driven solutions to support decision-making and strategy
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators and business outcomes
- Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and systems
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent open communication skills and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate between teams, reporting to the Continuos Improvement Manager
- Experienced in process mapping and creating and documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong skills in information gathering, data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement to support change delivery initiatives and projects
- Experienced working with change teams to embed changes into the organisation to meet organisational strategy objectives
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify impacts to processes
- Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Proven experience in Process Analysis or Business Analysis and business intelligence
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software applications and CRMs
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, team player, delivery focused
- High attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience in (BPMN) including As-Is/To-Be process mapping and data models
- A Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline or commensurate industry experience
- Formal Business Analysis qualification e.g. International Diploma in Business Analysis, IIBA CBAP or Lean Six Sigma certification, preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite, including Docs, Slides, Sheets is mandatory, and Miro is highly regarded
