Position Overview:
As our Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our ongoing success. You will be highly valued as you manage financial operations meticulously and provide essential administrative support to ensure seamless daily operations. The role is 4 hours/day, 5 days/week. (For example, 10am - 2pm or similar)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, maintaining precise financial records
- Conduct bank reconciliations and manage the general ledger efficiently
- Prepare detailed financial reports and support budgeting processes
- Ensure accurate processing of payroll and compliance with regulatory standards
- Maintain stock control
- Support office administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or a related role, with proficiency in using XERO and MS Office Suite
- Experience with inventory and service management tools (e.g. ServiceM8) would be advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
