We are looking for a Sales Manager to become part of the Banjo’s team at our Launceston store.
The Opportunity
- Exceeding our customer’s expectations with fast and friendly service.
- Inspiring staff to achieve more through leading by example, consistency and communication.
- Managing the front of house employees
- Producing and serving high quality foods, drinks and coffees.
- Follow Banjo’s established WHS practices to ensure you and your team are always safe at work.
- Be prepared to work across a range of shifts - Banjo’s stores operate 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays. Our sales team work between the hours of 5am to 6pm.

- You have a positive attitude and love working as part of a team
- You take pride in merchandising the café products
- You have experience in providing excellent customer service
- You are reliable, organised and a good communicator who supports their team mates
- You have experience managing and supporting a team
