Description:
We are seeking an organised and proactive Administration Officer for our client to support their daily operations on a part-time basis (20–25 hours per week over 5 days) for maternity leave cover.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage banking, customer reports, and account enquiries.
- Monitor the admin inbox and handle purchase orders.
- Manage reception, calls, mail, and office supplies.
- Maintain WHS records and contractor sign-ins.
- Keep the reception area tidy and professional.
- Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Dynamics 365.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Knowledge of AP, AR, and Rapid Global (preferred).
- Ability to work independently.
- Current driver’s licence.
