With the view to train our next generation of leaders, JMC Hobart is seeking a Sales Cadet to start their career in automotive sales. No experience is necessary, just people skills, confidence, ethics and the drive to achieve.

Role Responsibilities:
- Positively engage with clients, identify their needs and exceed expectations
- Maintain high presentation standards on both the yard and within the showrooms
- Perform general administrative duties including booking appointments, processing documents and data entry, requiring accuracy and attention to detail.
A current valid driver’s license is required for this role.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to take initiative, be innovative and solve problems in a professional and approachable manner
- An exceptionally high standard of personal presentation
- Intermediate/advanced level computer literacy
- An excellent ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and self-motivated approach to work and the ability to accept responsibility and take ownership to achieve outcomes.
