The Role

  • Provide general administrative support to Boutique including sales collections and banking.
  • Keep track on invoices and billing
  • Sort and separate documents and records for inventory
  • Accurately updating of stock details in system daily
  • Carry out end of day process and obtain relevant approval from Boutique Manager for Document Management System submission on time
  • Liaise closely with Dispatch team for delivery arrangement
  • Provide backlog updates and repair status reports
  • Perform periodic review of Purchase Orders and Client Deposit Notes
  • Coordinate and ensure seamless internal audit process
  • Handle client enquiries and administer the processing of orders
  • Actively engage with clients by providing timely updates on enquiries
  • Attend to clients’ phone calls and email enquiries
  • Process clients feedback forms timely within the stipulated lead-time
  • Compliance with Policies and Procedures
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are followed within the team

About you

  • You possess a positive mindset with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work to multiple deadlines and across numerous systems.
  • You are self-motivated to achieve and exceed targets and are eager to continually improve yourself to build on your retail and product knowledge.
  • You are a flexible team player ever ready to go the extra mile.
  • Prior experience in a premium service, hospitality sector or in a luxury retail environment will be a plus.
