We currently have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Active Living Team as our Centre Operations Officer at our Community & Sports Centres (The Lights and Lefevre).
Key responsibilities of the position include:
- Lead the general day to day centre operations ensuring that our community facilities are physically, culturally and psychologically safe.
- Coordinating centre bookings relating to activities, programs, events and court usage for seasonal and general bookings.
- Providing support to the Centre Coordinator regarding financial performance and data analysis through reporting to ensure budgets are met and KPIs are achieved for The Lights and Lefevre.
- Undertaking rostering of The Lights operational team to ensure the operational needs of The Lights are met.
The successful applicant will have:
- General operational knowledge of sport, recreation, and leisure facilities
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service setting
- A tertiary qualification, or comparable experience, in sport, recreation, fitness, allied heath, or related industry.

This is a Level 4 position which has a current salary range of $94,525 - $101,474 per annum (plus Superannuation).
