We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Claims Specialist at an exciting time of growth for our business. Competitive salaries and attractive benefits will be offered for the experienced CTP successful candidate.
About the role
- Proactive management of your own complex CTP claims portfolio in accordance with regulatory and Allianz requirements.
- Maintaining focus on strategic collaboration and case management to maximise return to work and return to health outcomes for claimants.
- Making settlement offers, attending informal and settlement conferences to progress claims towards finalisation.
- Building effective working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders including legal representatives, medical professionals, and rehabilitation providers to drive successful outcomes.
- Identifying opportunities to develop Case Managers with a focus on holistic claims management and finalisation.
- Identifying business risks and participating in claim initiatives aimed at enhancing claims processes and customer satisfaction.
About you
- Demonstrated Technical Excellence in all aspects of managing CTP claims
- Previous CTP Claims experience (minimum 4 years)
- Demonstrated ability in coaching and mentoring
- Demonstrated high level of problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Understanding of a compliance and target driven environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
