Empowrd is an independent registered provider for National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), with our head office located in Port Lincoln. Our services currently include Plan Management and Support Coordination.
Empowrd is expanding, and we’re looking for a compassionate and dedicated Support Coordinator to join our team.

As a Support Coordinator, you’ll work closely with individuals to personalise support, coordinate services, and promote independent decision-making. You’ll also be involved in NDIS plan reviews and reassessments, ensuring participants receive the best possible support.
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication & organisational skills
Empathy, compassion & cultural sensitivity
Experience in the disability sector or lived experience
Ability to work independently & meet key targets
Valid Driver’s Licence, Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check
3 valid referees to confirm the essential key points will be required.
We are flexible with the work location depending on the where the successful candidate resides, but the role will involve supporting NDIS participants throughout the Eyre Peninsula (excluding the Whyalla region. We are unable to edit this out of the Seek ad).
