About You.
We are looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist, to join us at the Western Hospital. You will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, and we will require exceptional customer service and administrative support.
If you are seeking a permanent part-time position working 3 or 4 days a week, in a dynamic role where you can make a difference, we would love to hear from you!
About the role.
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming experience for all patients and visitors.
- Managing all front desk enquiries.
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls, emails and other inquiries.
- Providing administrative support, including data entry, filing, photocopying and general office duties
- Maintaining a clean and tidy reception and work area
- Contributing to a positive team environment
Essential Criteria:
- Experience in a Healthcare setting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).
- Professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- A current National Police Clearance and Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain them) are mandatory.
