Role Responsibilities:
- Lead procurement, negotiation, and management of subcontractors and suppliers
- Oversee the management of subcontracts, including scope, procurement, forecasting, claims, and completion
- Manage project contracts, review drawings and specifications
- Assess and mitigate commercial and contractual risks
- Handle cost management and month-end reporting
- Collaborate with clients, internal teams, subcontractors, and the local community
Qualifications and Skills:
- 5+ years experience in Contract Administration, ideally in commercial construction
- Tertiary qualification in quantity surveying, commerce, or construction management
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage projects under pressure
