About the Role:
As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting the Sales Team while working closely with the Dealer Principal and Management Team. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of new motorcycle sales operations, ensuring financial performance, and driving customer-focused outcomes. This role requires a dynamic leader who is passionate about motorcycles, sales performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to exceed sales targets.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of new motorcycle sales operations.
- Collaborate with the Dealer Principal to achieve monthly and annual sales objectives.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and foster long-term client relationships.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s product knowledge and sales skills.
- Responsible for adequate stocking levels and sales target achievements
About You:
To excel in this role, a successful Sales Manager should possess the following skills and attributes:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the ability to motivate and drive performance.
- Ability to set and achieve sales targets while maintaining profitability.
- Experience in coaching and developing sales teams to improve performance.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Passion for motorcycles and a strong understanding of motorcycle brands, models, and industry trends.
