The Company:

My client, the largest Australian-owned pneumatic and automation solution and component supplier, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to start their team in WA. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing market-leading products and services to customers and expanding the client base and selling opportunities. Role based in Perth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients while actively seeking out new sales opportunities
  • Develop innovative solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of each client
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions
  • Exceed sales targets by leveraging deep knowledge of products and their value proposition
  • Identify and solve problems for clients through innovative and tailored solutions
  • Showcase product portfolio through engaging presentations and demonstrations

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • A degree in Engineering (or equivalent industrial experience)
  • Technical aptitude with experience in similar role
  • 3 - 5+ years sales experience and the ability to work alone or a part of a team.
  • Strong product knowledge in compressors, valves, hydraulics, pneumatics, actuators.
  • Knowledge and experience within the automation, manufacturing, machinery, or processing industry
  • Commercial/industrial sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills
Remuneration: The salary package on offer will be determined by the applicant's experience and proven performance. Paying up to $130k + Bonus + Super + Car/Allowance
