The Company:A successful and well regarded construction and fitout contractor, have partnered with Design & Build to source a Site Manager to join their team. This is an opportunity to be involved with a portfolio of projects across Perth valued up to $12m

As the Site Manager you will be directly responsible for the control of the site team and its activities, including
- Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries
- Liaising with clients to ensure the project is delivered on schedule
- Develop and maintain great rapport with site teams and stake holders
- Working closely with the Project Manager managing the construction program
- Ensuring high standards of OHS compliance on site
- A minimum of 2 years Site Management experience in fit out and Refurbishments on projects over the value of 5 million dollars
- Drive and focus for career progression
- Broad knowledge of OH&S
- Great management skills which will enable the team of sub-contractors to have the drive and motivation to meet deadlines
- $120k - $160k + Super + $10k Car Allowance (DOE)
- Steady flow of secured work for you to hit the ground running
