TEN Recruitment is partnering with a respected national builder to secure an experienced Site Manager. This role offers the opportunity to manage large-scale retail and commercial construction projects across Perth, with long-term career progression on offer for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring projects run on schedule and within budget.
- Lead subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to maintain productivity and deliver high-quality work.
- Manage project timelines, mitigate delays, and maintain workflow.
- Ensure full compliance with WHS regulations and site safety standards.
- Run site inductions, toolbox meetings, and safety audits.
- Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships.
- Provide accurate and timely progress reports to senior leadership.
- 5+ years of Site Management experience on commercial or retail projects.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage large teams.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, site operations, and WHS compliance.
- Proven ability to problem-solve and drive project outcomes.
- Experience working with clients, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Perth-based experience with full Australian work rights.
- Up to $170k + Super (depending on experience).
- Lead significant commercial and retail projects for a national builder.
